Smoker's bottom textures have inconsistently colored pixels

Summary:

Even though MC-195806 is marked resolved, the texture on the bottom of the smoker still has the wrong pixel (the texture on the bottom has not changed).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place smoker's in the air.
2. Look at the texture of the bottom.

Observed Results:

There is still an erroneous pixel in the texture (fixed only pixel on top texture).

Expected results:

The pixel will be fixed (from version 21w11a).
