Items in the creative inventory are very inconsistent

Many items in the creative inventory that should be grouped together, or at least be near eachother

examples I could find:

• Ores are spread across the building category seemingly at random
• Stripped Logs are weirdly spread out (Not Stripped, Stripped, Stripped, Not Stripped
• Normal and tinted glass are separated from the rest of the glass types
• Clay is separated from the rest of the sand-related item
    - Blocks of ores are randomly placed
• Pre - 1.14 slabs are separated from post 1.14 slabs/stairs
• Pre - 1.14 stairs are separated at random
• Mossy cobblestone is no where near its non-mossy counterpart
• All Ice blocks are separated
• Mycelium is separated from the rest of the dirt-related blocks
• All Smooth block types are separated from their non-smooth counterparts
• Normal Terracotta is separated from the rest of the terracotta blocks
• All colored blocks are separated from each other
• Amethyst are the only growable items that's "plant" states are a holdable item
• Rooted Dirt and Moss are in the decoration category, away from the rest of the dirt blocks
• Torches and Blue Torches are separated
• Fences, walls, and infested blocks are in the decoration category
• Normal glass panes are separated from the stained versions
• Nether brick fences are separated from the other fences
• Anvils and post - 1.14 utility blocks are separated from the rest of the utility blocks
• Dead versions of the Coral Items are inconsistently ordered from every other coral block
• Signs are in the decoration category
• Many non-block items are in the decoration blocks category
• Transportation blocks have their own category even though something like "Plant Life" could be way more efficient for space
• Beacons are not in the decoration category
• Ores, buckets, Most materials, Seeds, Dyes, Mob drops, and Books/Maps are inconsistently placed away from eachother
• Bottle O' Enchanting are not located in the potion category
• Horse Armour is not located in the combat category
• Netherite Horse Armour doesn't exist for some reason
• Chorus fruit is not located in the food category
• Soups are seperated from eachother
• Meat is separated from eachother
• Farmable items are separated from eachother
• Turtle shells and elytras are separated from the rest of the armour
• Tipped arrows are not in the brewing category
• Tridents and Crossbows are separated from the rest of the weapons
• Ghast tear and Phantom Membrane is seperated from the rest of the ingredients
• Cauldron/Brewing stand are not in the decoration blocks category
• Ingredients/empty bottles randomly cut out in the middle of the Brewing category
