Fishing Rod Has No Animation While Using It

Upon throwing the fishing rod into the water there is no animation of the string actually being thrown and no indicator of the fishing rod being in the water whatsoever.

I can fish btw, there is just no animtaion, the only indicator is the water splash and fish movement in the water.
