Silverfish infesting deepslate cause it to rotate

This issue is a direct result of MC-218614, but may not be automatically resolved if it is first.

Best seen by creating a structure out of deepslate which exclusively uses x- and z-facing blocks. A silverfish infesting one of these will cause it to rotate as a result.
