Being inside lava in Spectator mode still changes the player's FOV

I consider this behaviour to be undesirable and therefore an issue for the same reasons mentioned in MC-214630 and for much the same reasons MC-71530 and MC-213743 were fixed - as a spectator, vision should preferably never be modified by such things.
