In the latest 2 snapshots when you go on the world i found a bug that no matter what you do you cannot enchant an item with a enchantment table.

What I expected to happen was...:
to enchant an item and it to be enchanted when i used the enchantment table.

What actually happened was...:
not a single enchantment popped up.
