Scaffolding can't be crafted

I noticed that the Scaffolding item cant't be crafted since Snapshot 20w10a, i don't know if it happens only to me but, i hoped that in the latest Snapshot it could be fixed, indeed i dind't find anyone talking about it, I would appreciate if there was a Fix
