game wont load

i am trying to download the game- after buying it- and everytime I push play, the game tries to load but then a 'crash report' appears, telling me that the game has crashed

What I expected to happen was...:
the game should load and I can instantly play

What actually happened was...:
the game did not load and every time I push play, the 'crash report' appears.
