Launcher don't start

When I push the "play" button, it began to load : it write "preparation in load" and, when the charging bar is nearly full, it write" finalization in load" and it stop everything and post an error message who said:"The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
Code de sortie : -1"

I hope you may help me fastly, because I never play with it.
