lagg whilst turning in minecraft

Whenn I turn in minecraft I lagg very badly up/down/left/ or right with the mouse.I can run straigh without any problems.I usually play with 80 fps but when i turn its drops to around 15 fps.I do belive this is a bug because I tired many things to help it but with no luck like changing my settings downloding optifine and updating my LWJGL.I know this is a bug because I used to play minecraft without any problems now this is a huge problem for me unable to play probaly in singleplayer and multiplayer with the annoying bug.
Plese help
