There is no sound when defrosting from fire/lava (vanilla parity)

The bug

In the Bedrock version, there is a sound during defrosting (the same as when extinguishing), but in Java it is not.

How to reproduce

1. Enter powder snow
2. Wait a while inside powder snow (to better see the defrosting effect)
3. Place the fire
4. Enter the fire to defrost
   → There is no sound when defrosting from fire
