Sticky Piston stops moving with block of redstone is at sticky end of the piston and it is being powered off and on non stop.

I was making a non-stop panda spawner and i put a block of redstone on a sticky piston that was getting a signal on and off non stop and the sticky piston glitch and got powered by the block of redstone. i just did a panda spawner in 1.17 and it worked perfectly. please fix this.
