Enchantment Table not showing Enchantments

Well, it's in the title. My enchantment table refuses to show me enchantments. I am playing on the latest snapshot to be released, and am attempting to enchant an unenchanted diamond sword, but no enchantments are appearing in the enchanting GUI. My twelve bookshelf setup and one of my attempts to enchant the sword are shown below, and before anyone asks, I have tried relogging, recrafting, and even switching to creative mode to no avail. As for the enchanted bow, I used an anvil and some books to enchant it.
