Piston Bug

What I expected to happen was...:
I can break pistons in creative and it drops

What actually happened was...:
I placing a lever and pushing it next to a piston, then i slay the piston -| and i get it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a lever next to a piston
2. Push the lever
3. Then you can break the thing who comes out []-|
