every time i start up a world minecraft crashs but when i have mods it does not

so i don't play default minecraft that often but i was trying to see the newest snapshot but when i made a world it crashed then i try 1.16.5 and 1.16.4 they both crashed but 1.8.9 otifine it work and 1.16 lunar client
