Enchantment table not showing text

I have a new survival world I started a few days ago. I was working to enchant a diamond axe and I was working to get levels. I updated the world from 21w08 to 21w10 and my enchantment table isn't showing showing any text, as if i put an unenchantable item in. I restarted the game and the issue persisted
