Particles produced from enchanted weapons and armor breaking don't appear enchanted

The Bug:

Particles produced from enchanted weapons and armor breaking don't appear enchanted.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain an enchanted diamond helmet and pickaxe that both have very low durability by using the commands provided below.

   /give @s minecraft:diamond_helmet{Enchantments:[{id:"protection",lvl:1}],Damage:362}

   /give @s minecraft:diamond_pickaxe{Enchantments:[{id:"efficiency",lvl:1}],Damage:1560}

1. Consume the durability of the diamond helmet and pickaxe and look closely at the particles they produce upon being destroyed.
2. Take note as to whether or not particles produced from enchanted weapons and armor breaking appear enchanted.

Observed Behavior:

The particles don't appear enchanted.

Expected Behavior:

The particles would appear enchanted.
