OpenGL Error:WGL_ARB_CREATE_CONTEXT not available

Hi,i would like to report a bug,where when i open the latest java snapshot (21w10a),it would show me this error in the attachment.

i do have the least requirements lo launch the game,but it would keep showing me this error.
