Enchantment Table not showing enchantments

In my survival world when I try to enchant it does not show any enchantments.
Even I used an unenchanted pickaxe, 15 bookshelves surrounded. Proofs attached!
It is not working with any tools.

I tried relaunching MC , reloading chunks , moving the table , etc....
