Weird Chunk Lighting bug

I was Exploring around in a brand new world, and when I was exploring, I came across an unusual chunk. The seed of the world is -5782343251381126960, and the coords of this weird bug are at -311, 91, 341. I have attached a screenshot of the bug. I am unsure if this a bug that affects multiple versions other than this one, but I'd rather be safe than sorry, so I reported it.
