Unable to enchant

Hi,

I am experiencing a bug that when I open the interface for enchanting it shows nothing, I am running this world on a server with the world update from snapshot 21w08b. I have also tried it in a single player creative world and I have the same issue. Below is a screenshot of how it shows.
