The Bug:

The eyes of some entities can be seen through lava.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Spawn several spiders in a large area of lava.

/summon minecraft:spider ~ ~ ~ {ActiveEffects:[{Duration:99999,Id:12b,Amplifier:0b}]} 

→  Notice how their eyes are visible.

This did not happen in 21w08b.
