Entity hitboxes can be seen whilst inside of lava

The Bug:

Entity hitboxes can be seen whilst inside of lava.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Turn on Entity Hitboxes. (F3+B).
• Spawn several entities in a large area of lava.
  →  Notice how you can see the hitboxes of entities.

This did not happen in 21w08b.
