The red vignette becomes pixelated when flying through the shrunk world border

If you fly through the world border and further the red vignette becomes pixelated.

How to reproduce:
1. Shrink the world border to a smaller distance (100 or 1000 etc.);
2. Switch to spectator mode;
3. Fly through the world border;
4. Witness the bug.
