Graphics are crushed

Graphics are loaded in wrong locations, blocks textures are changing randomly while playing game. I need to mention that it's not an issue that belongs directly to snapshot, because on other PCs it works correctly. I've tried to reinstall launcher, updated graphics card drivers, even reboot my PC but nothing has worked. Any clues what can I do, and where from the issue is coming?
