When using a spyglass frozen inside of powdered snow, the screen turns into a weird red to green gradient.

If you enter powdered snow and use a spyglass, the screen will have a strange red to green gradient and once you enter the final stage of freezing (when you start taking damage), the screen becomes completely covered by this bug. I did some testing, this happens not when you are in powdered snow but whenever I have the freezing effect. This happened in both survival and creative mode.
