odd hoed dirt

when dirt has water above useing the hoe you can hoe the dirt and it doesnt un hoe but you vannot place ant crops in this hoed area
step 1 you dig 1x1 hole dirt on bottom
step 2 put water above running or still
step 3 get hoe and hoe bottem dirt
step 4 try to place crops (this applys to wheat,carrot,potatoes,pumpkin seeds,and melon seeds
