At sunset, a blue line appears in the northern and southern skies

The bug

When it gets close to sunset, if you face north by northwest, a blue line appears in the north.

Steps to reproduce

1. /time set 13000
2. Face your player between north and northwest  -->  You will slowly see a diagonal line appear in the sky in the north (right side of the screen)
