Achievements not being given properly

While playing survival, I've noticed with both Getting an Upgrade and Acquiring Hardware that neither achievements were unlocked until I had some interaction with the items required for each of them, having to mine a block with my stone pickaxe and throw an iron ingot for each one to actually be given, respectively
