Mineshafts don't connect to the caves ceiling in case of a lava lake and are floating

The bug

To prevent mineshafts from burning down log pillar supports are unable to generate, this causes mineshafts to weirdly generate floating without any suspension.

With how chain/pillar support generate I assume that if pillars are unable to generate chains hanging from the caves ceiling would replace them but this isn't happening for some reason.
