Render Chunk Borders only render when a hitbox is on screen

If you enable chunk borders, they seem to randomly appear and disappear. However, enabling hitboxes and looking at an entity forces them to render (although they still don't look as intended).

 

Disabling hitboxes or moving the entity off-screen gets rid of the chunk borders.
