Crafting recipes don't unlock when obtained from a crafting table

The Bug

When crafting things such as Stone Bricks or Polished Deepslate the crafting recipes don't unlock for there variations such as the Stone Brick Slabs or Deepslate Bricks

Reproduce

• Craft something like Stone Bricks
• Collect the item from the output slot
• Leave the crafting table GUI
  Crafting recipes for Stone Brick Slabs and such aren't unlocked

Note

In 1.16.5 upon leaving the crafting table the recipes would unlock however in 21w10a they don't unlock upon leaving the crafting table
