Duplicate! Grass placed incorrectly on superflat world in snapshot 21w08b (1.17)

When grass (plant, not block) is placed by a superflat preset it starts counting its height from 0, not -64 where the world actually starts.

The result is that it is placed way up in the sky rather than on the ground.

Snow acts the same way.
