a bug while riding a horse in 3rd person view

What I expected to happen was...:
to stay the same view and keep going with my horse

What actually happened was...:
When i was in 3rd person view and riding a horse, my characters head went through a block and it automatically switched to 1st person view

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put a block the height on the same level were your head is when your on a horse
2. press F5
3. Get on the horse and run through the block
