Certain small/baby mobs don't display name when in a boat/minecart

The Bug

When certain small/baby animals that are named are inside of a minecart/boat their name doesn't appear.

Affected Mobs (May be Incomplete)

• Baby Bee
• Endermite
• Rabbit

Reproduce

• Get one of the affected mobs listed above
• Name them
• Put them inside a boat or minecart

OR

• Use the command to summon a small mob in the boat:

  /summon minecraft:boat ~2 ~ ~2 {Passengers:[{id:"minecraft:rabbit",CustomName:'"MC-218159"'}]}
  

  Notice name isn't displayed
