Startup screen freezes the driver popup and the game then proceeds to crash

Please if anyone can tell me the issue that would be awesome, i have looked through multiple vids and none seem to help. When i open my minecraft launcher it is on the latest version and my driver is also the latest version, but when i get in minecraft startup screen it almost reaches the end of loading then freezes my driver pop up and the game
