World Generation Bug

I was exploring my minecraft world (seed: 731478561458749815) and I discovered six identical structures that, upon a bit of research, were ocean ruins. All 6 of these structures had spawned directly above ground, had a fishing rod, coal, and some wheat in their chests, and had maximum 3 magma blocks. The coordinates were (x = -1261.514 y = 67 z = 1611.954).
