Glow Sign's glow not saved when using CTRL-pickblock

CTRL-pickblocking a glowing sign and placing the newly-created item does not keep the glow.

How to reproduce:
1. Place a sign, apply a glow ink sac (and a dye for visibility if you need it)
2. CTRL-pickblock the sign
3. Place the new sign, it won't glow
(This bug is easiest to see with a bright-colored dye and in a dark space.)

I'm sorry if this is a duplicate, but I couldn't find another report of this bug.
