The green nausea overlay isn't removed when switching into spectator mode

The Bug:

The green nausea overlay isn't removed when switching into spectator mode.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to your accessibility settings and set your "Distortion Effects" slider to "OFF".
Give yourself the nausea effect by using the command provided below.
```
/effect give @s minecraft:nausea 100 1 true
```
Wait until the green overlay completely covers your screen and switch into spectator mode.
Take note as to whether or not the green nausea overlay is removed when switching into spectator mode.

Observed Behavior:

The green nausea overlay isn't removed when switching into spectator mode.

Expected Behavior:

The green nausea overlay would be removed when switching into spectator mode.
