Ocean ruins near new caves can be filled with stone

The lower floor of the tower is blocked off, along with the connected room. Nearby structures also contain anomalies.

This appears to have been caused by a dry noise cave generating too close to the ocean floor.

The same cluster of ruins also has an instance of MC-214832, as well as two structures that generated in a wall (possibly an unrelated issue).
