Minecraft freezes my PC when loading up Minecraft

My Minecraft sometimes crashes my whole computer when it is loading at 100%. I've tested it on almost every version and the same thing happens, I have some resource packs on but even if I turn them off, the same thing happens. Also worth mentioning that this only crashes when I am on full screen. I have tried everything, even reinstalling Minecraft but the same thing always happens.
