Iceberg generation abruptly ends at the edges of frozen ocean biomes

The Bug:

Iceberg generation can abruptly end at the edges of frozen ocean biomes.

This results in the edges of icebergs being harshly sharp.

Here is an example:

Version: 1.19.4
Seed: 4283486303008787907
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 102184.93 63.00 -2833.11 129.07 -15.16

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
  2. Look closely at the generation of the iceberg.
  3. Take note as to whether or not iceberg generation can abruptly end at the edges of frozen ocean biomes.

Observed Behavior:

Iceberg generation can abruptly end at the edges of frozen ocean biomes.

Expected Behavior:

Iceberg generation would not be able to abruptly end at the edges of frozen ocean biomes.
