pistons and hoppers not working

The pistons and hoppers in the newest snapshot are not working. I made a red stone clock and connected it to a piston to help make an auto farm and it only moved once. I noticed when making a bamboo from along with a cactus farm.  the hoppers are not picking up items thrown onto them nor items moved onto them with water. I hope this is simply a bug that will be fixed soon.
