Structure blocks can't detect structures at negative heights

Save structure blocks can't detect corners correctly when the corner of the structure at -y levels, but they can detect corners at +y levels. Save blocks will also prioritize corners at +y levels, even though they have another corner at -y levels near them.They still can load structures properly.
