Vindicator bois stacked

So, i was was playing with some vindicators, as usual... Then, i placed a blaze near water, and sent the vindicators to kill it. they didn't succeed, and the vindicators and the blaze got stuck on a block. i killed the blaze, broke all the blocks underneath, and the vindicators were stacked and floating.
