Game freezes then crash and create a windows BSOD

Normally playing minecraft and sudedndly it freezes then stop. It sends out an error code 0 but few seconds later windows 10 crash and sends out either a BSOD driver power state failure or a Kernel error. Can't join an image, crash too rapidly. Whereas never touched drivers nor changed one, was working well until that last snapshot (and update 16.5 too) that keep creating BSOD and crashes preventing me to play. Other games works well.
