Lighting error along a row of chunks

There seems to be a lighting issue where one row of chunks go completely dark, and no just visually it registers as no light meaning mobs spawn in the day. Thought it was an anomaly in last weeks snapshot but it has persisted over the snapshots and in many different worlds.
