Lag spikes when breaking and placing blocks

I was playing on the lastest snapshot and while colecting some mushrooms I found that my game froze and my fps dropped every time I break or place a block.
This doesn't happen when I play on 1.16.5 and I don't know if 21w08a and previous snapshots are affected by this issue

Edit 03/02: I was testing this on the same location in the same world and this doesn't seem to be happening anymore
