Then fill in the end portal and go threw it in survival. To clarify, it isn't so much as a insta-kill, but a death that is unavoidable.

The world was generated in 20w08a, but the portal and stronghold were generated in 20w08b. I did not throw any ender eyes while in 20w08a.
