Full chunk light bug

What I expected to happen was...:
Normal day-light

What actually happened was...:
What happened was a light bug that affected an entire chunk. It usually happened on some blocks in previous versions of Minecraft, but this time it affected the entire chunk.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Don't really know-how. I just found it randomly when running around the world.
